From the beginning of mankind, the obtaining and use of energy was always made against the natural environment. But only after the Industrial Revolution the human civilisation has endangered some ecosystems because an immeasurable, but also harmful in regard to natural resources, economic, sanitary and cultural development. The solutions pass through preserving what we have yet obtained, including its generalisation to the poor people of the world, but above all it needs the harmonisation between this kind of development and the conservation of natural resources if we want a sustainable situation. In this way, the environmental management of the economic resources must replace gradually the mere economicist management that we are using until now all over the world. |
